Turion City is the administrative centre for the Teraton colonies in the Eastern Spiral Arm and the humdrum life of Teraton bearucratic life can be a little dull and monotonous. In recent decades a growing trend amongst the bored youth is to create street gangs and generally try and have some fun.

Gangs spring up all the time causing the normally mild mannered Teratons to become quite agitated and embarrassed when visitors see this more colourful dark side of their culture. Teratons tut and shake their heads as they see gangs fighting amongst themselves or the local law enforcement officiers, some even teleport away in shock.

Few gangs survive for long, either shamed into disbanding or arrested, but the Turion City Terrors had an aptitude for making trouble and keeping one step ahead of the normally efficient Teraton officials.

After seeing the Terrors participate in an amateur tournament Mastor Splin'Tarr, coach of the Turion City Team (Teratons are not known for their imagination) was surprised to see their offensive and aggressive play and offered them a chance in the youth squad. The move revolutinaised the Turion City Team who took the name 'Terrors' in homage to their street gang name. They are now feared and respected in the WSAPD as a tough, no nonesense team able to hold their own against the Orx and the Dwarf guards.
