Western Arm Spiral Division early season title contenders, the Turion City Terrors, engaged with the equally meaty looking Ba'al Moon Smackers. Both teams known for severe injuries. Lots of them. But with a lack of scoring, the fans were in for a treat

And unfortunately that treat never really transpired

In a scrappy game, flowing between slamming and counter slamming, Turion guard Rhinox decided he had enough of this sparring session and whacked goblin jack Slinvazy Groundfeet out of the arena. The Teraton fans go nuts. Rhinox merely stops in his tracks. Turns his head toward the nearest Ork guard and growls. The poor goblin is teleported to med-bay for resurrection. Hopefully Coach Gorgutz Unter and the medical team can piece him back together, otherwise its recycling for him

Still reeling from the loss of one of their kin, the Smackers are unable to gather any forward momentum. A trait not too uncommon with a greenskin team. The ruthless Teratons, gather themselves for another forward assault. Slowly. These are Teratons after all. Whilst all the slam and counter slamming carnage is occuring, Turion City jack Terrasaur decides he wants a piece of the action and slams into another helpless goblin. Poor Greasewick is knocked out of the game. Its rumoured his right arm wash ricochet into the fans, but that is unconfirmed at this time. Look out for that on the intergalactic auction sites if you desire.

Ba'al guard and captain Santhus Manhunter has had enough. The poor goblins are getting obliterated by the Teratons, so he galvanizes his troops into a full on attack. Surrounding the Teratons one at a time. Turion jack Terrasaur probably wishes he left that goblin alone now, as the Ork attack has him join the goblins in the med bay as he is teleported out of the arena. A shell can't always protect you.

Tankor, the Turion captain, locks horns with counterpart captain, Manhunter. A titanic scrap ensues. The fans cheer as both hulking beasts batter each other for what sees like an age. Several of the other players, on both sides, are sucked into the elure of such a fight.

A lone Ba'al goblin (and probably the only one left!) notices the ball is loose. With everyone focused on the brawl, he sneaks through unchallenged to get a quick 2 pointer. Hang on!? How has a greenskin team scored!?

The Teratons awake from the slumber and gather the loose ball. The two warring guards decide enough is enough and move on. Each respecting each others strength and resolve. The fans boo. They wanted more blood. Well only 3 players killed this game is clearly not enough!

Ork guard Baxx Ironcleaver takes a slam on Turion guard Tankor. Tankor, fatigued from epic combat with this opponent is caught unaware. Not able to teleport out of the way, he is dumped onto the subs bench for the remainder of the game to lick his wounds

With the clock ticking down, Turion City number 7 Strika, realizes he is too far away from the strikezones so decides an audacious throw at an opponent. Fortunately the Ork guards armour is strong enough to take the hit and the klaxon sounds signalling a 4-0 win to the home team

The Teratons looking strong. The Ba'al Moon Smackers stutter again after an early season victory
